The historic moment

The global economic crisis of 1929 affected everyone. But not everyone equally. Those who held the right real assets emerged stronger — those who held only paper money and bank deposits lost everything. Argentina 2001: accounts frozen overnight, savings destroyed. Greece 2015: banks closed, withdrawals limited to €60 per day — in the middle of the European Union.

The pattern repeats itself. Always. Everywhere.

Germany, France, Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom have led their populations into a system built on banks, insurance, stocks and ETFs (probably also many or all crypto coins) — systems that fail or can be frozen by the state in every real crisis.

Bulgaria is not yet deeply embedded in this system. Many trust banks, some invest in life insurance, others buy physical gold — often overpriced from local dealers. But a structured real-asset strategy is almost entirely missing. That is the advantage. A people who think in substance today will stand after the crisis where others want to be.

This opportunity comes once in a century — if at all. And it is now.

Gold and silver as the monetary foundation — proven for millennia, physically stored outside the EU. Important: A physical delivery claim — the actual delivery of the metal — exists at all times. In practice, this triggers shipping costs, possible VAT and customs fees. The right exists — most investors use direct cash settlement.

Consumption or substance — a decision.

The latest car. The larger apartment. Branded clothing. It is understandable — people show what they have worked for.

But: a new car loses 20–30% of its value in the first year — before it has really been driven. Add to that high ongoing costs: insurance, tax, maintenance, repairs. And the paradox: despite high prices, modern vehicles are often more vulnerable than the robust cars of major German and French brands from earlier decades — cars still seen on Bulgarian roads today because they simply do not break. The same amount in a well-designed real-asset portfolio has multiplied eight to ten times over the last 20 years — and can be passed on.

It is not about not driving a car. It is about the decision: invest the difference to the more expensive model — instead of driving it away.
